Essential skills

Strong practical experience with Java frameworks like Sprint Boot, Hibernate, Camel, etc.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, patterns/practices.

In-depth knowledge of SWIFT messaging standards such as MT and MX(ISO20022).

Practical experience in MT/MX mapping using SWIFT Translator/Trace Transformer or similar mapping tools.

Practical experience with developing microservices with Java programming language.

Stitching of messages and data e.g., where truncations need to be considered and retrieval of information back into the ISO message from truncated data

Experience with development tools such as bit bucket, uDeploy, Bamboo, and Artifactory.Agile delivery experience such as Scrum, Kanban, and Feature Driven Development, using collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.





Relevant Experiences

4-5 years of application development and design experience.

Soft Skills A team player, collaboration champion, Continuous improvement junkie, and problem solver.

Educational Background (if required)

Valuable Knowledge of Unix and Linux platforms

Good Payments domain knowledge

Experience applying good design principles to developing backends (performance, scalability, security)
