About Kavya Khurana

Kavya Khurana is a celebrity DJ, TV personality, social media influencer, and winner of Splitsvilla Season 9. We are looking for a creative, fashion-forward, and energetic intern to join our team and assist in creating engaging content while supporting styling and day-to-day brand activities.

Role Overview

We're seeking an individual passionate about social media, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strong understanding of fashion trends. As a Content & Fashion Intern, you will collaborate closely with Kavya Khurana and the content team to produce high-quality content, provide styling assistance, and ensure all visual content aligns with the brand's identity.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Assist in planning and executing social media content, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas inspired by current trends.
- Support on-set activities by managing props, lighting, and capturing behind-the-scenes footage.
- Capture photos and videos using smartphones or cameras.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors during content production.
- Maintain a content calendar and assist in organizing upcoming shoots.

Fashion & Styling Support
- Assist in selecting outfits for shoots, events, and public appearances.
- Research the latest fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
- Liaise with designers, fashion brands, and stylists for outfit sourcing.
- Organize wardrobe, accessories, and styling materials.
- Ensure all looks are consistent with Kavya Khurana's personal brand and aesthetic.

Social Media Support
- Stay updated on emerging trends across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Identify viral audio,



transitions, and popular content formats.
- Prepare mood boards and inspiration references for upcoming campaigns.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements

- A strong passion for content creation and social media.
- A foundational understanding of fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- A creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Instagram, CapCut, and Canva.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Prior experience creating Instagram Reels or fashion/lifestyle content is beneficial.
- A portfolio or social media presence showcasing creative work is a plus.
