Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of complex EPC projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and managing all aspects of EPC projects from initiation to closure.
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Managing project risks, identifying potential issues, and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating and communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and providing regular status reports.
- Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing project financials, including cost control, forecasting, and change order management.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
