We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to design and implement scalable enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions. You will collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, HR, and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into robust Workday Adaptive Planning models, integrations, workflows, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirements gathering and planning process discovery sessions.
- Design scalable Workday Adaptive Planning models.
- Configure accounts, levels, dimensions, attributes, versions, and assumptions.
- Build modeled sheets, cube sheets, and standard sheets.
- Develop driver-based budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning models.
- Configure workforce, headcount, compensation, and operating expense planning.
- Build dashboards, reports, and executive management views.




- Develop OfficeConnect reports for Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting packages.
- Integrate Workday Adaptive Planning with ERP, general ledger, HCM, payroll, CRM, and external data sources.
- Configure planning workflows, approvals, access controls, and process management.
- Perform data conversion, reconciliation, testing, and performance optimization.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot model, formula, integration, and reporting issues.

Mandatory Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential skills:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting expertise.
- Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning model architecture and configuration.
- Experience with accounts, dimensions, levels, versions, and assumptions.
- Proficiency in modeled sheets, cube sheets, and complex formulas.
- Experience building dashboards, matrix reports, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in data loading, validation, and reconciliation.
- Solid FP&A; and financial modeling knowledge.
- Experience working directly with Finance and business stakeholders.




- At least two successful Workday Adaptive Planning implementations or major enhancement projects.
