The Role:

We're looking for a Design Lead who thrives at the intersection of creativity, leadership, an operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape how exceptional creative work gets delivered at scale.

As the driving force behind our creative production, you'll own the end-to-end design workflow, ensuring projects move seamlessly from brief to final delivery with speed, consistency, and uncompromising quality. You'll lead a talented team of designers, establish scalable production systems, and foster a culture where creativity and execution go hand in hand.

What You'll Do:

- Lead & Inspire:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of 5+ designers, fostering collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.
- Set clear priorities, provide actionable feedback, and remove roadblocks to help the team perform at its best.
- Create an environment of design excellence through coaching, reviews, and strong creative direction.

- Drive Creative Production
- Own production planning and execution across multiple concurrent design projects.




- Translate creative briefs into clear production roadmaps, aligning timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Partner closely with strategy, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure creative solutions meet business objectives.

- Champion Quality
- Conduct regular design reviews to uphold a consistently high standard of craft across all creative output.
- Ensure every asset reflects brand consistency, creative excellence, and attention to detail before delivery.
- Balance speed with quality, maintaining exceptional output even under tight timelines.

- Build Scalable Systems
- Design and optimize production workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and predictability as the team grows.
- Own resource planning by balancing team capacity against project priorities and incoming work.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and collaboration across the creative function.

- Own Delivery
- Serve as the single point of accountability for production timelines, project health, and delivery quality.
- Proactively manage risks, communicate progress, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into production status.
- Drive operational excellence while enabling the team to do their best creative work.

What We're Looking For:

- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or design operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while consistently delivering quality work on schedule.
- Strong creative judgment with a deep understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and production workflows.
- Experience building scalable processes that improve team efficiency and creative output.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align creative, strategy, and business teams.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making informed decisions, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves when needed while empowering the team to succeed.
