- Manage day-to-day crusher plant operations to achieve production targets.

- Ensure optimum plant performance, equipment utilization, and product quality.

- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

- Liaise with government authorities, contractors, vendors, and customers.

- Monitor safety, statutory compliance, and operational discipline.

- Prepare production reports and maintain operational records.

- Analysing the production details and taking proactive decisions to improve.

- Maintaining the OEM recommended Spare parts stocking at given sites.

- Arranging the Crusher operating team as and when required.

- Lead and manage supervisors, operators, mechanics, and unskilled manpower.

Required Skills

- Strong technical knowledge of stone crushing plants and equipment.

- Good knowledge on High frequency Screens and Sand washing Plants.

- Production planning and operational management.

- Problem-solving, decision-making, and reporting skills.

- Comfortable working outdoors, in extreme weather conditions, and in a noisy and dusty environment.

- Flexible to work extended hours, and weekends when required.

- Welding / torch cutting experience is an added advantage.

- Knowledge of soils, sand and aggregate classification to help produce spec material through the crushing operation.

- Capable of working independently when needed.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Use of personal protection equipment is required.





- Must be willing to travel to other work sites as and when required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Email (Outlook/Gmail).

- Have Good mechanical knowledge and experience with general equipment maintenance required for Crushing operations.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
