Shift: Night Shifts (US/Australian) – Work from Office Only

What You'll Do:

- Handle international customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide top-notch English communication to resolve queries and issues.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs.
- Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Educational Background: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, or Graduates from any stream (BE/B.Tech included).
- Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-BPO experience are welcome!
- Age Limit: 30 years maximum.
- Immediate joiners only.
