Telecaller – Real Estate

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller/Telesales Executive, preferably in Real Estate.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
