JOB DESCRIPTION

- Implement and monitor EH&S; policies, standards, and programs
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend control measures
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and environmental events
- Drive corrective and preventive actions to closure
- Ensure regulatory compliance with EH&S; laws and guidelines
- Lead environmental protection and waste management initiatives
- Deliver EH&S; training and awareness programs
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and crisis response drills
- Support quality, audit readiness, and documentation
- Implementation of ISO systems, BBS, Safety Culture at site
- Leading the site EHS team,
- Ensuring ETP operations & waste disposal.

Education

QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelors Degree + Diploma in Industrial Safety

Experience

- 15+ years of experience in EHS function with pharmaceutical industry background only
