- Manage preparation and review of US Business Tax Returns (Forms 1065 & 1120) ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
- Perform book-to-tax adjustments and prepare M-1 / M-2 reconciliations where applicable.
- Work on tax compliance, workpapers, and supporting schedules for federal and state tax filings.
- Review client documentation and communicate with clients to resolve missing information or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns while maintaining high quality and accuracy standards.
- Provide guidance and review support to junior team members on tax preparation, adjustments, and documentation.




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to gather financial information and resolve queries.
- Stay updated with US tax law changes, IRS guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Handle Un-Audited Clients by reviewing client-provided financials, identifying discrepancies, and preparing necessary adjustments before tax return preparation.
- Review financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax reporting.
- Prepare and review Adjusting Journal Entries (AJEs) to correct errors, record accruals, depreciation, amortization, and other tax-related adjustments.
- Analyze Retained Earnings and Equity accounts to ensure proper roll-forward and reconciliation with prior year tax filings and financial statements.
