Manager - Client servicing - Events and Activations3) Location- Bangalore or Gurugram4) Experience- 2- 5 years in servicing clients on events and activation5) Compensation- Competitive6) Joiining- 7 days joiner ( Maximum)THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-Job Profile :-Manage accounts of all sizes by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions Develop a thorough understanding of the clients position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape-Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines-Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, current and upcoming projectsey- Communicating with clients and understanding their requirements/needs- Manage relationships with clients Internal briefings with strategy,



design and costing teams- Making pitch presentations as per event requirements- Producing complete and detailed proposals for event time lines, Budget, revenues, suppliers, legal obligations, manpower/staffing Project approvals and cost finalization-On ground event activation/execution, artist management, show running Post event closures, activities, reports Researching markets to identify opportunities for event- Consultation with business and unit marketing and executive stakeholders to ensure that business and marketing objectives are understood and catered for in terms of event plans.-Ensure that all external and internal events are aligned with the business units marketing calendar and business objectives and that sponsorship properties and marketing activities are effectively leveraged to the benefit of the business and the brand.- Ensure integrated evening strategies across brand, products, segments, channels, activations and geographical areas.- Conceptualization, ideation, execution strategic planning based on the brief from the client- Making presentations based on the requirements/ client briefs-Develops and owns the overall event strategy framework and drives excellence in event strategy and execution.-Fulfilling the clients requirements and to liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships-Execution of BTL Events nationally and internationally.-)Sourcing of Marketing Collaterals & Promotional articles-Manages the event vendors responsible for data collection (registration & evaluation), event logistics, and creative design to ensure consistency and optimization of process and budget/policy adherence.
