and international collaborations.Build partnerships with overseas universities and institutions.Enhance student experience and graduate outcomes.Support accreditation and academic quality initiatives.Represent the School at national and international forums.Pre requisitePhD/Doctorate – Mandatory15+ years of higher education/academic experienceProven experience in a senior academic leadership position such as Dean, Head of School, Head of Department, Associate Dean, or equivalentOverseas university/international academic experience – MandatoryStrong research and academic publication record.Experience in academic program development and faculty management.Robust strategic leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.What We’re Looking ForAn accomplished PhD-qualified academic leader with significant international exposure, strong academic credentials, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive institutional growth.
