The ideal candidate should combine strong hands-on design skills with brand-building knowledge and be able to manage the complete creative process from concept to execution. This role also involves guiding the internal design team and collaborating with agencies, photographers, and production partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Creative DesignTranslate brand and marketing briefs into solid creative conceptsMaintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all consumer touchpointsDesign creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, offline communication,



and other brand requirementsUse consumer understanding and relevant trends to create engaging and conversion-focused designsPackaging & ProductionCreate and review packaging designs across the product portfolioEnsure all creatives are technically suitable for print and productionCoordinate with vendors and recommend solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and production costsShoot ManagementConceptualise and manage product and campaign shoots from planning to final executionDevelop mood boards and define the visual direction for shootsCoordinate with photographers, stylists, agencies, and other external partnersEnsure the final output remains aligned with the brand’s visual identityTeam & Project ManagementGuide the internal design team and review creative outputCoordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure quality and consistencyManage multiple creative projects while ensuring timely deliveryWhat We’re Looking For5 to 7 years of relevant graphic design experiencePrior experience with a D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brandStrong portfolio covering digital, social media, packaging, and offline designExperience in planning and managing product or campaign shootsStrong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, visual storytelling, and print productionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere ProPrior experience managing or mentoring designersAbility to work with tight timelines and quick turnaroundsStrong communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree or diploma in graphic design or a related fieldMust have a fully functional personal laptop suitable for design work
