Ltd. is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join us in the Greater Bengaluru Area.If you have 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or business development and are confident in handling clients, site visits, negotiations, and closures, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll be responsible forLead and motivate the sales team to achieve project-wise targetsGenerate, qualify, and manage prospective buyer leadsConduct client meetings and property/site visitsPresent projects, pricing, payment plans, and key investment benefitsNegotiate with clients and drive deals towards closureBuild robust and long-term client relationshipsCoordinate with Marketing and Operations teams for lead generation and campaignsTrack leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance through CRMAnalyze market trends and competitor activityPrepare regular sales reports and recommend strategies to improve conversionsWhat we’re looking for✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred✅ Experience in real estate sales / property consulting / business development✅ Strong communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills✅ Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets✅ Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team✅ Good understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market✅ Comfortable with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital lead management✅ Willingness to work on-site, including weekends when required?
