Job Title: Supervisor – Wellness OutletLocation: 5* Hotel, DelhiAbout the RoleWe are seeking a confident, outgoing, and sales-oriented Supervisor to represent our wellness outlet inside a 5* Hotel in Delhi. This is a guest-facing role designed for individuals who enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and converting interactions into revenue. The role combines hospitality, relationship-building, and direct sales in a premium hotel environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Engagement & SalesProactively approach and greet guests in the lobby with confidence and warmthIntroduce guests to our wellness services, express therapies, and special offersGenerate sales by converting walk-in guests through persuasive communication and relationship-buildingUpsell and cross-sell services based on guest needs, time availability, and preferencesMaintain a strong presence in the lounge to maximize visibility and walk-in conversionsRevenue Generation & PromotionsConsistently work towards daily and monthly sales targetsSupport cross-promotions with other outlets of the hotel to drive additional footfallAssist in executing in-lounge promotions, offers, and campaignsCapture guest interest efficientlyGuest Experience & Brand RepresentationDeliver a warm, premium,
