You‘ll be part of a growing in-house creative team building the company‘s short-form video presence from the ground up. NnWhat You‘ll Do Nn Star in and shoottrendy, fast-turnaround videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyond N Think in terms of performance — hooks, retention, watch time — not just ‘nice content‘ N Write punchy, native-feeling copy — ad scripts, captions, hooks, on-screen text — that sounds like a person, not a brand N Ideate scroll-stopping concepts on the spot, riffing on trending formats, sounds, and templates N Shoot and edit your owncontent end-to-end (phone-first workflows are fine — vibe > gear)n Stay obsessively updated on trends, edit styles, transitions, sounds,
