NLatoyá is lookingfor a dynamic Community Manager who can build a vibrant community around one of Delhi‘s most exciting Latin American dining destinations. This role goes beyond social media—it is about creating experiences, driving footfall, collaborating with influencers, and making Latoyá the place everyone wants to be.What You‘ll DoEvents & Experiences Nn Plan and execute exciting weekly events like Latin nights, salsa evenings, live music, guest shifts, ladies‘ nights and themed experiences. N Collaborate with artists, DJs, brands and vendors. N Drive event attendance and revenue through creative campaigns. This is the primary ownership area for the role. NPR & Influencer Relations Nn Coordinate with our PR agency to ensure effective media coverage. N Build relationships with food, lifestyle and nightlife influencers. N Execute influencer collaborations and hosted experiences. N Track campaign performance and ROI. NSocial Media Oversightn N Work closely with our social media agency. N Review content calendars before publishing. N Capture behind-the-scenes moments, live events and guest experiences. N Ensure timely responsesto community interactions whenever required. NCommunity Buildingn N Develop partnerships with dance communities, expat groups, corporate offices and lifestyle clubs.



N Grow WhatsApp communities and loyal guest databases. N Increase repeat guests through meaningful engagement. NReputation Managementn N Monitor and improve ratings across Google, Zomato and EazyDiner. N Respond to guest reviews and resolve concerns proactively. NMarket Intelligence & Reporting Nn Track competitor activities and emerging trends. N Prepare monthly reportscovering events, community growth, influencer campaigns and marketing ROI. NWe‘re Looking Fornn 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, events, luxury retail or lifestyle brands. N Robust network across Delhi‘s food, nightlife and influencer ecosystem. N Excellent communicationand relationship-building skills. N Creative thinker with strong execution abilities. N Comfortable working evenings, weekends and during events. N Passion for hospitalityand creating unforgettable guest experiences. NBonus If You Havenn Experience managing restaurant or bar communities. N Event planning and execution experience.
