The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in collections strategy management, decision analytics, and PowerCurve configuration, with a proven ability to improve recovery performance through data-driven decisioning and automation. NThis role requires close collaboration with business, risk, operations, and technology teams to deliver effective collections strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. NnnKey Responsibilities NStrategy Design & Optimization NDesign, develop, and maintain PowerCurve Collections strategies, workflows, and treatment paths. NImplement and optimize collections decisioning rules to improve recovery rates and reduce delinquency. NDevelop customer segmentation and treatment strategies based on risk and behavioral characteristics. NConduct strategy simulations, impact assessments, and performance testing to validate changes. NStakeholder Collaboration NPartner with Credit Risk,Collections Operations, IT, and Business teams to translate business requirements into PowerCurve decision logic. NSupport implementation ofstrategic initiatives and process improvements. NProvide technical guidance and subject matter expertise on PowerCurve capabilities. NSystem Integration & Support NSupport integration of PowerCurve with upstream and downstream systems, including CRM platforms, data warehouses, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications. NTroubleshoot and resolve system, strategy, and data-related issues affecting collections decisioning. NManage strategy version control and deployment processes. NCompliance & Governance NEnsure collections strategies comply with applicable regulatory and internal policy requirements. NSupport audit, governance, and documentation activities.



NMaintain comprehensive documentation of strategy logic, processes, and configurations. NTraining & Knowledge Sharing NDevelop user documentation and training materials. NConduct training sessionsfor business users and operational teams. NPromote best practices incollections strategy management and decision analytics. NnnRequired Qualifications NEducationnBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline. NExperiencenMinimum 5 years of experience in Collections Strategy, Decision Management, Credit Risk Analytics, or related domains. NAt least 3 years of hands-on experience with Experian PowerCurve (Collections and/or Originations modules). NProven experience in strategy implementation, optimization, and performance monitoring. NTechnical SkillsnStrong knowledge of collections lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and treatment strategies. NStrong hands-on experience in relational database design, development concepts, ability to write, analyse, and optimize complex queries. NHands-on experience in extracting and validating data for PowerCurve strategy development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation monitoring NUnderstanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity. NFamiliarity with decisionmanagement platforms and business rules engines. NKnowledge of data pipelines, workflow orchestration, and batch processing frameworks NExperience with Git repositories for version control, code management, collaboration, and deployment processes. NGood understanding of XMLand JSON data formats for system integrations, API communications, and data exchange NAbility to troubleshoot data, strategy,



and system issues across integrated environments. NSoft SkillsnStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. NExcellent verbal and written communication skills. NDomain KnowledgenExperience within banking, financial services, lending, or consumer finance environments preferred. NnnPreferred Qualifications NExperience with PowerCurve Strategy Design Studio (SDS) and/or PowerCurve Strategy Management (PSM). NKnowledge of collections operations, dialer strategies, and automation platforms. NUnderstanding of applicable regulatory frameworks, data protection regulations, and industry compliance standards governing collections and credit risk management. NExperian PowerCurve certifications or formal training in decision analytics tools. NExperience working in large-scale enterprise collections environments. NStrong hands-on experience in relational database design, development concepts, ability to write, analyse, and optimize complex queries.
