We’re hiring a Client Success Specialist to manage and deepen relationships with an active portfolio of retail, affluent & HNI investors. Bangalore | Hybrid 2–5 Years Experience NISM Series V-A – Mandatory Why this role stands out: ✅ No Cold Calling – Work with an assigned portfolio of active clients. Relationship-Led Role – Build meaningful, long-term relationships with investors. Clear Career Path – Client Success Specialist → Senior Specialist → Client Success / Relationship Manager. What you’ll do:
- Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned client portfolio.
- Conduct periodic client conversations and portfolio reviews.
- Help clients understand their investments, portfolio performance and relevant market developments.
- Monitor SIP engagement and proactively address client concerns.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely execution.
- Identify relevant investment opportunities based on genuine client needs. What we’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of experience in Mutual Funds, Banking, Broking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs & basic asset allocation.
- NISM Series V-A – Mandatory.
- MBA Finance / CFP® / relevant certifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, empathy and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-up discipline.
