Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Global Talent Acquisition (Global TA) professionals to lead global talent identification, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment activities across domestic and international markets. The role will focus on building global talent pipelines, candidate attraction, recruitment delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Global Talent Acquisition (Global TA) and end-to-end recruitment activities across domestic and international markets.
- Drive global talent identification and sourcing strategies for critical and niche skill requirements.
- Assess current and future talent needs and identify critical workforce skills and competencies.
- Build and maintain global talent pools and pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, market research, and lead generation.
- Develop effective candidate attraction and engagement strategies across different geographies and talent markets.
- Partner with global hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Manage and mentor recruitment/sourcing teams and drive performance against global hiring targets.
- Handle candidate engagement, offer management, negotiation, and successful closure of positions.




- Conduct global market mapping and competitor analysis to understand talent availability, skill trends, and market dynamics.
- Track and analyze global recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, pipeline health, conversion, and hiring outcomes.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and HR technology platforms to enhance global sourcing and recruitment effectiveness.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with applicable local employment regulations, global recruitment policies, and legal requirements.
- Drive recruitment process improvements, change initiatives, and projects to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a strategic Global TA partner.
- Resolve complex recruitment challenges and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
