Job Description Summary.Supply Chain Engineer designs the requested solution according to the contract and specification that the Front Line (FL) has agreed with customers.
.He/she identifies and selects the components required for the solution and designs the individual components to meet customer-specific requirements.
.As requested by FL, the Supply Chain Engineer creates the required component design for manufacturing.
.Supply Chain Engineer is under the SL Engineering Manager's supervision.

. Acquire and maintain knowledge of KONE equipment, technical design, and product limitations.
. Analyze contracts and specifications to develop engineering solutions.
. Prepare design and manufacturing drawings as required.

. Demonstrate proficiency in structural design and material characteristics.

Maintain timely communication of engineering progress to stakeholders.
. Participate actively in team meetings and knowledge-sharing activities.
. Deliver assigned tasks independently and on schedule.
. Contribute to global engineering initiatives and adhere to change management protocols.
. Support the development of engineering-related functions, processes, and tools.
. Exhibit solid teamwork and communication skills.
. Experience in the Elevator industry and knowledge of EN codes are added advantage.
. Manufacturing background is considered an added advantage.
Software skillset. Proficient in Creo Software (Sheet metal modelling and Knowledge in Handling Large Assembly ) -Mandatory
. Basic proficiency in MS Office.
. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
