Job Summary

Looking for a Senior SysTrack Administrator with strong hands-on experience in SysTrack administration, endpoint analytics, digital employee experience, automation, and integrations. The role involves supporting enterprise clients, optimizing endpoint performance, and providing actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and optimize SysTrack dashboards, analytics, investigations, alerts, and platform health.
- Develop reports, metrics, and root-cause analysis to identify endpoint and employee experience issues.
- Support automation, remediation workflows, and self-service initiatives.
- Manage integrations with ITSM, CMDB, identity, endpoint management, and virtual agent tools.
- Analyze endpoint telemetry and provide actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support governance, continuous improvement, workshops, training, and knowledge transfer.




- Maintain platform documentation, quality controls, and operational reporting.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in Endpoint Management, Digital Workplace, IT Operations, or Service Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with SysTrack or similar Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SysTrack dashboards, analytics, investigations, endpoint telemetry, and experience metrics.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell or similar scripting.
- Experience with ITSM/CMDB integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Positive to Have

- SysTrack certification or equivalent.
- Experience with SysTrack automation, remote remediation, and self-service.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Intune, MECM, Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, workflow automation, and integration monitoring.
- Experience in digital workplace transformation / employee experience programs.
