Non-IT HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter – Non-IT

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Hyderabad – Begumpet

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.

* Understand job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Schedule interviews with clients/managers and coordinate the interview process.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

* Negotiate salary and coordinate joining formalities.

* Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

* Maintain good relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

Requirements

* 10th / 12th / Graduate candidates can apply.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.





* Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.

* Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

* Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

* Prior HR recruitment experience will be an advantage.
