Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of technical problems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
