To accelerate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who can enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and improve conversions.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Implementation

- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact terms for ranking.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog articles to enhance search visibility.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including website speed optimization, structured data, and mobile-friendliness.
- Conduct on-page SEO audits and continuously optimize metadata, headings, and internal linking.
- Build and implement a backlink strategy through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

Content Marketing & Growth Strategies

- Collaborate with content writers to develop SEO-friendly blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies related to AI hiring and recruitment.
- Develop content marketing strategies to attract job seekers and employers to the platform.
- Optimize existing content for featured snippets and voice search.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan and execute Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to drive traffic and sign-ups.
- Optimize ad campaigns to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).




- Implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors and convert them into users.

Social Media & Community Growth

- Develop and manage Zepcruit's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Run organic and paid campaigns to increase engagement and followers.
- Work with designers to create engaging visuals, carousels, and video content.
- Monitor social media analytics and suggest improvements.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

- Analyze funnel drop-offs and user behavior using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel.
- Optimize landing pages and website CTAs to improve sign-up and job application rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Email Marketing & Automation

- Develop email nurture campaigns to engage job seekers and businesses.
- Set up automated workflows for user onboarding, lead nurturing, and engagement.
- Monitor email open rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 2-5 years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing (preferably in a SaaS, recruitment, or Ecommerce).
- Strong expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Ubersuggest.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Experience with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for SEO implementation).
- Strong copywriting skills for SEO content and ad creatives.
- Data-driven mindset – ability to analyze and optimize performance based on insights.
- Experience with AI and automation tools for marketing is a plus.
