Key Responsibilities

1. Leading the Closing Process

o Oversee all closing activities from negotiated deals to final client handover.

o Coordinate with sales teams, brokers, and channel partners to convert

leads into confirmed bookings.

o Ensure accurate and timely preparation of documentation, including

booking forms, cost sheets, contracts, and payment schedules.

o Liaise with finance, legal, and CRM teams to facilitate loan disbursements,

payment processing, and client documentation.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

o Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers during the closing phase,

addressing their questions, concerns, and administrative needs. Expertia

o Conduct site walkthroughs, present project USPs, pricing, payment plans,

and terms with clarity and conviction.

o Negotiate terms and resolve objections to ensure optimal deal closure

while safeguarding company margins.

o Maintain long-term relationships post-closing for referrals, future phases,

or resale support.

3. Team Leadership & Coordination

o Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of closers, ensuring they follow

best practices, maintain high conversion rates, and meet KPIs.

o Train the closure team regularly on negotiation techniques, objection

handling, and product updates.

o Report daily,



weekly, and monthly closure metrics (walk-ins, conversion %,

turnaround times) to senior management / site head.

4. Documentation & Legal Compliance

o Oversee the preparation and verification of all legal contracts,

agreements, and transactional documents.

o Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, including RERA

guidelines.

o Coordinate with external legal counsel, title companies, banks, and other

stakeholders to ensure that closings proceed without legal or procedural

delays.

5. Process Improvement & Quality Assurance

o Identify risks or bottlenecks in the closing process; proactively propose

and implement improvements.

o Conduct final reviews of closing documents to ensure accuracy,

completeness, and adherence to company policies and regulatory norms.

o Manage post-closing activities like documentation recording,

disbursements, and client handovers.

6. Collaboration & Reporting

o Work closely with sales, legal, finance, operations, and customer-

relationship teams to ensure alignment and smooth handovers.

o Prepare and present closing forecasts, pipeline status, risk assessments,

and post-closing summaries to senior leadership.
