We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with robust experience in building scalable, event-driven microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for messaging, AWS serverless services (Lambda and Step Functions), SNS/SQS, and DynamoDB.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and support microservices and REST APIs.
- Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and Step Functions.
- Configure and manage AWS SNS/SQS for asynchronous messaging.
- Design and optimize data models in DynamoDB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
Required Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
