Key Responsibilities – Communication & V&A; Trainer

- Recent Hire Training (NHT) Conduct Voice & Accent (V&A;) training.
- Train employees on grammar, phonetics, and American pronunciation.
- Develop spoken English and professional communication skills.
- US Culture & Sensitization Train employees on US corporate culture and workplace etiquette.
- Educate on American idioms, slang, expressions, and time zones.
- Prepare AR Callers for effective communication with US insurance companies and healthcare providers.
- Soft Skills Development Develop active listening and empathy skills.
- Train on telephone etiquette and professional communication.
- Conduct training on negotiation and handling difficult calls.
- Prepare employees to handle situations such as insurance claim denials and escalations.
- Quality Auditing & Floor Support Monitor live and recorded calls for language and communication quality.
- Identify and address Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Provide individual and targeted feedback to improve call quality.
- Provide floor support to new hires and production teams.
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify skill gaps.




- Analyze performance trends and communication-related issues.
- Conduct refresher and reinforcement training based on identified gaps.
- Track training effectiveness through continuous feedback.
- Content Creation & Training Material Develop and update training handbooks and reference materials.
- Create call scripts and role-play scenarios.
- Develop interactive presentations and multimedia training modules.
- Continuously improve training content based on business and process requirements.
- Overall Objective Ensure RCM employees, particularly AR Callers, communicate confidently and professionally with US healthcare clients and insurance companies while maintaining required quality and compliance standards.

Salary: 9.5-10.5 lacs p.a. Will be matched according to previous salary and experience

Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.

Should be willing to work in rotational shift. Sat and Sun fixed off. Food will be provided.
