Key Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on finance expertise to support AI and LLM model training and evaluation.
- Apply real-world financial judgment to assess, score, and improve AI reasoning across multiple finance workflows.
- Define finance workflows for AI models including M&A; deal analysis, company valuation, equity research, and portfolio or risk analysis.
- Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, and rubrics to assess AI-generated financial outputs.
- Review and score AI responses for financial accuracy, logic, assumptions, and analytical depth.
- Provide structured feedback to AI, product, and engineering teams to improve reasoning and output quality.
- Apply real-world finance execution experience to validate and refine model performance.

Required Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience
- Bachelors Degree
