InThisRole,YourResponsibilitiesWillBe:

- SupportProjectManagersandIPMsinexecutingprojectcoordinationactivities.
- Assistinmaintainingprojectschedules,trackers,andstatusreports.
- Monitorprojectdocumentationandensurerecordsarecompleteanduptodate.
- Followupwithinternalteamstotrackcustomerapprovals,documentationsubmissions,inspections,andprojectmilestones.
- Supportordermanagementactivitiesbyupdatingprojectdatainbusinesssystems.
- Assistinpreparingpresentations,dashboards,andprojectperformancereports.
- Coordinatemeetings,captureactionitems,andtrackclosureofassignedtasks.
- Helpidentifyprocessimprovementopportunitiestoenhanceprojectefficiencyandreportingaccuracy.
- Ensurecompliancewithestablishedprojectmanagementprocessesanddocumentationrequirements.
- Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamstosupporttimelyprojectexecutionanddelivery.

- PursuingaBachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinEngineering,BusinessAdministration,ProjectManagement,Operations,orarelatedfield.
- Strongorganizationalandcoordinationskills.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcel,PowerPoint,andotherMicrosoftOfficeapplications.
- Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipletasksandmeetdeadlinesinafast-pacedenvironment.
- Analyticalmindsetwithattentiontodetail.
- Willingnesstolearnprojectmanagementandorderexecutionprocesses.
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelybothindependentlyandwithinateamenvironment.

- Exposuretoprojectmanagementconcepts,projectcoordination,orinternshipexperience.
- FamiliaritywithERP,projectmanagement,orreportingtools.

- Understandingofindustrialautomation,engineeringprojects,ormanufacturingenvironments.
- ExperienceusingPowerBIoradvancedExcelfunctionality.
