Position Overview :

The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing domestic and international business opportunities for Client's Power System Studies, Grid Engineering, Electrical Design and Technical Consulting services. The role requires a commercially driven professional with strong technical understanding of power systems who can engage with utilities, renewable energy developers, EPC contractors, industrial clients, consultants and OEMs. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts and convert opportunities into profitable revenue while working closely with engineering teams. The role requires excellent knowledge of Power System Studies, Grid Code Compliance, Renewable Energy Integration and engineering consultancy services together with strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development
- Develop current business opportunities across India and overseas markets.
- Identify opportunities within Utilities,



Renewable Energy, Data Centres, Industrial Plants and Infrastructure sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, digital platforms, exhibitions and client visits.
- Build long-term relationships with utilities, IPPs, EPC contractors, consultants and multinational clients.
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
- Identify repeat business and long-term service agreements.
- Develop channel partners and overseas business representatives.

Technical Sales
Promote Client's engineering services including:
- Power System & Grid Connection Studies
- Load Flow, Arc Flash, Harmonics, Short Circuit Studies
- Protection Coordination Studies
- Motor Starting Studies
- Transient Stability Studies
- Dynamic Modelling
- EMT Studies
- PSCAD & PSSE Studies
- ETAP/DIgSILENT Studies
- Renewable Energy Grid Studies
- Grid Code Compliance
- Owner's Engineering Services
