The position

As a Global Product Lead, you will:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory board meetings, ensuring strategic impact and flawless execution.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and metrics to determine success.
- Develop comprehensive project timelines, ensuring timely progress and completion.
- Manage end-to-end KOL (Key Opinion Leader) activities, including contracting, invoicing, and closure.
- Oversee project budgets in collaboration with Global Medical Directors and Business Partners.
- Engage with and manage vendors,



ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with corporate procurement processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies during project execution.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by mapping stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring high buy-in and motivation.
- Conduct ongoing assessments to identify gaps in existing systems and processes, proposing cutting-edge solutions to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- A master’s degree in life sciences, business, or a relevant area.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in cross-functional project management, business development, or global event/meetings management in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for project management and stakeholder engagement.
