About the Opportunity
A fast-growing innovator in the Event Tech & Experiential Marketing sector, we power unforgettable in-person, virtual, and hybrid experiences for global enterprises and startups alike. Our platform combines cutting-edge SaaS tools with creative execution to transform meetings, conferences, and brand activations into measurable, immersive, and ROI-driven events. We’re scaling rapidly across India and need a strategic Senior Sales Associate to accelerate our B2B growth engine.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Connect with event organizers, corporates, event agencies, associations, and other potential customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Event Tech / SaaS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
- Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline and CRM.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in Event Tech and SaaS.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales forecasts.

Requirements
- 4- 6+ years of experience in B2B Sales, SaaS Sales, Event Tech, Event Management, or Technology Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience selling SaaS or technology products will be preferred.
