KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
• Draw inferences and conclusions, and create dashboards and visualization of processed data, identify trends and anomalies.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for live business problems.
• Understand the product sales funnel end to end and build data insights to improve funnel efficiency.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills – has ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.
• Acts as a liaison with data scientists to pass actionable insights and traffic pattern to build advanced analytics use cases.
• Coordinate with product teams and performance marketing team to strategize the plan based on insights to drive the business numbers.

AUTOMATION INITIATIVES

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders for requirement gathering,



translating business problems into technical requirement and implement reporting automations.
• Monitor the report performance once deployed and implement rapid iterations as per business requirement changes.
• Proactive in exploring new technologies, new tech stack for fining optimized and up to date solutions for automation work
• Develop, deploy and monitor proactive and reactive alert mechanism across daily MIS covering multiple products
• Write and optimize moderate to complex query techniques for reporting optimization
