UI/UX Designer – Job Description

Location: Pune | Experience: 2–4 Years | Type: Full-time | Work Mode: WFO

About the Role

Innoshri is looking for a creative UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI components.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams for design implementation.
- Identify and improve existing user experiences.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user flows, typography, layouts, and responsive design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Valuable to Have: Experience with SaaS/AI products, design systems, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
