About the Company Harey Krishna Cables Private Limited is the manufacturing entity behind the RHEIN brand of wires and cables. Operating three manufacturing facilities in Central India, the Company supplies LT and HT cables, house wires and allied products to state electricity utilities, EPC contractors, institutional buyers and an established dealer network. RHEIN has grown from a regional stronghold in Chhattisgarh into a nationally distributed brand, and is now investing in a dedicated field sales structure across the western and southern markets. These roles are central to that expansion. The successful candidates will build the Company's presence in their respective territories from a position of solid manufacturing capability, competitive product quality and direct access to decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Ownership — Own the state sales budget across retail and project channels; prepare and defend the annual business plan; deliver month-on-month volume, value and contribution targets.

• Distribution Development — Build and rationalise the dealer and distributor network across the state; ensure district-level coverage, appropriate stock depth and healthy channel profitability.

• Project & Institutional Business — Drive engagement with EPC contractors, consultants, panel builders, government departments and large industrial buyers; secure product approvals and vendor registrations.

• Team Leadership — Recruit, structure, train and lead the state field team; set beat plans and call norms; conduct joint field working and monthly performance reviews.

• Pricing & Commercial Governance — Recommend state-level pricing and scheme structures within approved bands; safeguard margin discipline; prevent channel conflict and cross-territory leakage.





• Collections & Credit — Own outstanding and overdue receivables for the state; enforce credit terms, security arrangements and collection discipline.

• Brand & Market Development — Drive electrician, contractor and influencer engagement programmes; oversee retail branding, in-shop visibility and local promotional activity.

• Market Intelligence — Track competitor pricing, schemes, network movements and new product activity; report actionable intelligence to the corporate office.

• Reporting & Compliance — Ensure timely and accurate reporting through the Company's sales reporting systems; uphold internal policy and statutory compliance in all field dealings.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

• Net sales value and volume against state budget

• Growth in active dealer and retailer counts; district-level coverage achieved

• Project order booking and conversion ratio; number of approvals secured

• Days sales outstanding and overdue percentage

• Contribution margin and scheme cost as a percentage of sales

• Team productivity, stability and vacancy fill rate

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or a degree in Electrical Engineering will be an advantage.

• 12 – 15 years in the wires and cables industry, or in allied electrical categories such as switchgear, lighting or conductors, with transferable channel and project relationships.

• Demonstrated experience managing a full state P&L; with a reporting field team.

• Established relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC contractors and consultants in the assigned state.

• Strong commercial judgement, particularly in pricing, credit exposure and scheme economics.

• Fluency in the regional language of the assigned state, together with Hindi and English. Willingness to build a team and a market from the ground up, with the resilience that a challenger brand demands.
