About the Role

We are building a recent-age food and nutrition company in India focused on Convenience + Total Nutrition, across categories such as nutrition bars, oats, muesli and other convenient nutrition products.

We are looking for a Business Co-Founder / Founding Team Member with strong FMCG or consumer-business experience to help build and scale the company.

This is a business-building role, not a Food Technologist / R&D; role.

What You'll Work On

- Shape business strategy and growth
- Build go-to-market, sales and distribution
- Develop supplier and manufacturing partnerships
- Drive sourcing, pricing and unit economics
- Build scalable operations and supply chain
- Identify new products and market opportunities
- Help build the company from zero to one
