- Verify test functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensure absolute accuracy of all exam deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal/external clients and stakeholders.
What We Need:
- Robust written, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word & Excel, including macro creation).
- Must Have: 1+ year in publishing/content, basic Python/Java, and HTML/XML knowledge.
