Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead admissions, revenue growth, and team

performance for executive education programs. The ideal candidate should have

experience managing sales for programs offered by IITs, IIMs, and IIITs, along with strong

team-handling and target-achievement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own admissions and revenue targets for assigned programs.





• Manage and mentor a team of Admission Counselors.

• Drive daily sales performance, conversions, and enrollments.

• Monitor lead funnel, follow-ups, and conversion metrics.

• Conduct sales training, mock calls, and performance reviews.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.

• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve team productivity.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in EdTech, Higher Education, or Inside Sales.

• Proven experience in handling IIT, IIM, or IIIT program admissions/sales.

• Strong team management and coaching skills.

• Data-driven approach with excellent analytical abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

• Strong ownership mindset and execution excellence.
