We are building a strong distribution network across Tamil Nadu and are now expanding aggressively across the Kanyakumari Zone, covering Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi and Tenkasi districts.

Role Objective

To develop the Kanyakumari Zone by expanding the dealer network, driving primary and secondary sales, strengthening market presence, and supporting the Area Sales Manager in achieving the zone’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Appoint and develop dealers across Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi and Tenkasi districts.
- Generate primary and secondary sales in line with monthly targets.
- Conduct regular dealer visits, carpenter meets, fabricator interactions and customer engagement activities.
- Ensure effective retail displays, product visibility and branding execution throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across all four districts.
- Develop strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, carpenters, fabricators,



architects and other key market influencers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, new product launches and market trends.
- Support collection follow-ups and maintain healthy, long-term dealer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Area Sales Manager and Head Office on marketing initiatives, CRM activities, dealer development and lead conversion.
- Submit regular market reports, visit reports, dealer development updates and sales performance reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Ideal Candidate
- 3–7 years of sales experience in plywood, laminates, building materials, hardware, decorative surfaces or related industries.
- A good dealer and retailer network in Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi or nearby markets.
- Solid understanding of the building materials and interior products market in southern Tamil Nadu.
- Strong sales, negotiation, dealer development and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven and proactive in territory development and market expansion.
- Ability to identify, appoint and develop new dealers and convert business opportunities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned districts.
- Candidates based in Nagercoil, Tirunelveli or nearby areas will be preferred.
