Proficient in business process design, configurable security, reporting, and data management, with hands-on experience leading configuration, testing cycles, and production support. Adept at troubleshooting functional issues, recommending process improvements, and guiding stakeholders through Workday capabilities and best practices. Recognized for a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the Workday ecosystem.

- Develop functional designs and configuration that support company and stakeholder initiatives while meeting customer requirements




- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver effective technical solutions and continuously learn current technologies
- Create clear documentation for new and optimized configurations, system designs, and business requirements
- Contribute to technology strategy by understanding current technologies and supporting business goals
- Present innovative ideas to improve systems, processes, or services based on industry research
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Must Have skills:

- Workday, HCM Core,
- Configurations in Workday Modules- Recruiting, Performance Mgt (Techno Functional (IT instead of Business) Payroll,
- Prism modules
