[24]7.ai is hiring International Customer Service Executives for US/Australia voice processes. This is a full time, permanent role based out of Marathahalli, Bangalore, ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts.

Job Location:

Shift & Work Schedule:

- Full-time
- Night Shift (US/Australia Process)
- 5 working days
- 2 rotational week-offs
- 2-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
- Provide accurate information and effective issue resolution
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Eligibility & Requirements:





- Graduate / Undergraduate
- 0–3 years of experience in international voice processes
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Willingness to work night shifts
- Age limit: 18–30 years

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (for experienced candidates)
- Permanent role
