Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Status Updates:

- Define project scope based on Product Manager inputs and work with project leads to develop detailed project plans.
- Organize and lead project status meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports.
- Manage risks and issues, correcting deviations from plans to ensure project success.

Product Manager / Lead Support:

- Assist Product Manager / Lead in managing customer expectations for project deliverables.
- Support stakeholder communications and implement effective project governance systems.

Process Management and Improvement:

- Define and manage a well-structured project management process.
- Champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices in Agile Project Management.

Team Management:

- Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for commitments.
- Remove roadblocks to team progress and leverage organizational resources to improve project capacity.
