Work closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to bring solutions to life and remove blockers.

Define and drive BA best practices, standards, templates, and process improvements.

Oversee testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off across workstreams.

Champion data-informed decision-making and clear, actionable communication.
