What will you do?
- Manage a team of Engineering Directors & Engineering Managers (hiring, coaching, motivating).
- Managing the budget for multiple development teams, aligning this budget with strategic business objectives.
- Build a cost-effective, effective engineering organization, by analyzing engineering processes, detecting operational gaps,



implementing improvements.
- Support multiple PODs in delivering high-quality software in one or more adjacent product areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product and Customer Operations to ensure the successful delivery of software products.
- Report on status of organizational metrics.

What do you bring to the table?
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of managers and engineers. At least 2 years of experience in managerial positions.
- The ability to clearly communicate and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical partners across multiple departments.
- Combining profound business insights, critical thinking and problem solving skills to set strategic direction.
- The ability to analyze, define and track key metrics, the ability to act upon these metrics and implement organizational and operational changes.
