Role Overview NWe're looking for a proactive and highly organised Assistant Manager – Production & Project Operations to support our growing execution and production team.
NYou'll work closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure projects move smoothly from design sign-off and planning through production, procurement, site execution, quality control, and final handover.
NThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts organised—timelines, budgets, vendors, materials, documentation, production schedules, logistics, and site coordination.
NIf you are detail-oriented, comfortable taking ownership, and enjoy solving execution challenges while keeping projects on time and within budget, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination N

- Assist in creating detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and execution schedules. N
- Track projects from design sign-off through production, dispatch, installation, and final handover. N
- Coordinate project kick-off activities and ensure all internal teams are aligned on deliverables and timelines. N
- Monitor project progress and proactively highlight delays, dependencies, and execution risks. N
- Maintain project trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with all stakeholders. N

Production & Order Management N

- Coordinate day-to-day production requirements across ongoing projects. N
- Track orders from approved BOM / specifications through manufacturing and dispatch. N
- Coordinate with production teams to allocate resources based on workload and project priorities. N
- Monitor production schedules and ensure materials and finished products are available as per project timel
