nWe're looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant & HR Coordinator to work closely with the leadership team at Hyland Media.
nThis role sits at the center of our operations — managing leadership schedules, internal coordination, and communication flow, while also supporting HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and team engagement.

nKey ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Team Assistance (Primary Focus)

- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for leadership and senior management.n
- Coordinate meetings — prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups.n
- Act as the central communication link between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.n
- Prepare presentations,



reports, and documents for both internal use and client-facing needs.n
- Support creative, digital, and PR teams with campaign coordination and task tracking.n
- Handle travel arrangements, vendor coordination, and expense tracking.n
- Identify operational inefficiencies and proactively ensure smooth day-to-day workflows.n

nQualifications & Skills

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.n
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Team Coordinator, or HR Executive.n
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.n
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.n
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HR tools is a plus.n
