NWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our Databricks
Nbusiness in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise technology
Nsales, with proven, hands-on experience specifically selling Databricks solutions to customers in
Nthe Indian market. This role requires a deep understanding of the data & AI ecosystem, strong
Nrelationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through both recent customer
Nacquisition and existing account expansion.
NKey Responsibilities

- Own and drive the salesstrategy for Databricks offerings across assigned territory/accounts in India. N
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments. N
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accurately against revenue targets. N
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, Data/Analytics leaders, and IT decision-makers. N




- Collaborate closely with Databricks' own sales/partner teams to leverage co-selling opportunities, joint GTM initiatives, and partner incentives. N
- Work with pre-sales/solution engineering teams to design and present tailored Databricks-based solutions to prospects. N
- Stay current on the evolving Databricks platform (Lakehouse, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Delta Lake, etc.) and the broader competitive landscape (Snowflake, cloud-native data platforms, etc.). N
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in line with company policies and margin expectations. N
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and Databricks partner forums to build market presence. N
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline reviews, and market feedback to leadership. N
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, pre-sales) to ensure a smooth customer journey from lead to deployment. N
