NMAKERS Laminate is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Sales Coordinator to strengthen our sales operations and ensure seamless coordination between customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities N

- Coordinate and support the sales team in managing daily sales activities. N
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales documentation. N
- Track orders from confirmation to dispatch and ensure timely updates. N
- Coordinate with customers, dealers, distributors, and sales representatives. N
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and order status. N
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements. N
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, accounts, and other departments. N
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management. N




- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and service-related issues. N
- Support the sales team in maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships. N

Who Should Apply?n
- n
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support. N
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills. N
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. N
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel. N
- Experience in laminates, building materials, interior products, furniture, or related industries will be an advantage. N
