nWe are looking for a Finance Controller to build and own our end-to-end financial operations as we scale rapidly. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and business strategy.
nYou will be responsible for:

- Bringing financial disciplinen
- Ensuring clean processes (PO–GRN–Invoice–Payment)n
- Managing vendor payments and cash flown
- Building actionable MIS across product, category, and operationsn

nThis is a high ownership role with direct visibility to the founder and leadership team.




nKey Responsibilities
n1. Financial Control & Process Setup

- n
- Establish and enforce 3-way matching (PO–GRN–Invoice)n
- Build and streamline purchase-to-payment workflowsn
- Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and reconciliationsn
- Maintain clean vendor ledgers and expense tracking systemsn
- Drive audit readiness and compliance processesn

n2. Vendor Payments & Cash Flow Management

- n
- Prepare and manage weekly payment plansn
- Prioritise vendor payments based on cash flow and business needsn
- Handle vendor communication for payment timelines and negotiationsn
- Ensure no duplicate or incorrect paymentsn
- Improve and manage working capital cyclesn

n3. MIS & Business Insights

- Build and own weekly/monthly MIS dashboardsn
- Track:n
- SKU-level marginsn
- Category profitabilityn
- Raw material cost trendsn
- Wastage and efficiency metricsn
- Store/channel
